2.Embroidery Check: Review the embroidery sample .

You may request up to 3 revisions at this stage.

3.Fabric Shell Review: Review the assembled face/skin.

Visual review only; no modifications allowed at this stage.

4.Final Sample & Delivery:

Sample production time: Within 15 days of submitting your request and placing your order on this page.

Global delivery: Within 12 working days.

5.Bulk Ordering/Mass Production (If need)

Process: Contract signing, spot checks, and full inspection included.

Production Time: 45 working days.

Group Orders: Must be finalized within 6 months of sample approval.

Refund Policy: The initial sample fee is refunded for orders of 100+ units.

6.After-Sales Support

Coverage: We cover fabric holes, stains, loose embroidery, or open seams.

Requirement: You must provide a full unboxing video to claim after-sales support.
